Our business is sensitive to the weather, which is one of the main outside factors that can affect us. For example, if spring warms up later than usual or fall cools down early, it can shorten the pool season. Similarly, unusually cool weather or heavy rainfall during our busiest months can reduce swimming, installations and maintenance, as well as effect the chemistry of our pools. While warmer weather generally boosts our sales, climate changes and global warming can make weather less predictable, which could still negatively impact our business and the maintenance of our pools. Both of which are factors that can change the look of things quickly and drastically.

Unknown to most pool service clients and even others in the business is that clients get four free cleanings each year (a month free) because some months have five weeks. Since our schedule and pricing is based on four-week cycles, the extra weeks count as bonus cleanings. Just something to think about and consider. It is not common knowledge client side and often a topic around the pool industry especially during the holidays.

Holiday Closure Notice:
As we do every year, our team will be taking a holiday break to celebrate Christmas and the New Year with our families. We will be closed from December 24th through January 1st and will return on January 2nd. Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a Happy New Year!

In any event, if we happen to forego service and we can foresee a natural disaster or holiday on the horizon that will lead to us not being there the following week(s) we will treat the pool accordingly the week prior to said event to keep it safely within the right range to allow us to enjoy our time off with our families or to prepare and/or hunker down in the event of a storm.

Additionally, we may come across issues that delay service past the usual scheduled visit during the week. Be it vehicle issues, someone is ill, etc. Again we respect every nationally recognized so if your service falls on that day that may be the reason. Rest assured that we will make amends by either completing service later in the week or in the worst case where we cannot make it a refund will be applied if necessary.
